Inquiring as to maintainership status

I see no activity for 2.5 years and this plugin is broken, so I'd like to ask if you still plan to maintain it, and if not whether you'd be willing to hand-off maintenance to another party.

I'm not sure that I will step up and maintain this, but in the least I will apply a couple of existing patches, and tag it with NeedsAdoption so that we can have a quicker hand-off to the next interested maintainer.
