8584	TagsPlugin: Not seeing nav button or input fields after installation	paleboat	Ryan J Ollos	"I have seen an issue for this on the mailing list but no one has posted a final solution.

After I clicked ""edit a page"", the tag field does not come up nor is there a Tag navigation button.

Then I verify the permission actions however no action for ""TAG_..."" exists. 

 1. easy_install http://trac-hacks.org/svn/tagsplugin/tags/0.6 
 2. configured trac.ini 
    [components]
    tractags.* = enabled
 3. ran trac-admin <env> upgrade
 4. restarted web server
 5. If this doesn't work, check your anonymous and authenticated users for TAGS_* permisions.
