Below I will explain my problem:
I installed trac 12.1 and plugin Tracaccountmanager. I use mod_wsgi to authenticate all user who log on to Trac. In trac.ini section [ticket] i change line restrict_owner = true. 
Using the plugin Tracaccountmanager I set file in which stored all password for authenticated users (Account->Configuration). 
I create password for users by following command htpasswd c:\auth-file, and I log in to Trac. I choose options New ticket and in the owner field I cann't select user from the drop-down list.(I cant't select all users who have been formed with the command htpasswd). Any idea to reslove this problem.
