(In [11252]) Refs #8823:

  • Removed unused imports.
  • Allow path to java executable to be specified in trac.ini. Thanks to szaffarano for the patch.
  • Replaced the deprecated wiki_to_html with format_to_html.
  • Removed the empty 0.9 directory.
