Looking at the Trac [http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracDev/DatabaseSchema#DatabaseSchema0.11 database schema], I don't see where these are stored, but either way it seems desirable to allow the user to change their name and email from the Preferences > General panel.

Does this make any sense to do?
