Maybe it would be useful to post these as installation verification and debugging steps on the project page?

1		I'm seeing a jQuery conflict on Trac 0.12.3, running with Apache on Trac 0.12.3. I noticed the plugin is adding `jquery-1.5.1.min.js`, but Trac includes jQuery, which might be the source of the problem.
