= Support for accreditation of a ticket

== Description

This plugin provides the ability to add accreditation to a single ticket. This is useful for a change evaluation or a bug close. 

Possible usage:
 1. Change influence evaluation.
 1. Pass a design change request.
 1. Peer review.
