Protect login and registration with a skimpyGimpy Captcha

Description

This plugin puts a ​skimpyGimpy Captcha on the registration page to protect the website from unwanted bots:

It also puts a Captcha on the login page after 3 failed login attempts.

This plugin requires the AccountManagerPlugin. The registration Captcha requires AccountManager's registration module to be enabled.

You can choose to disable registration Captcha or login Captcha by enabling or disabling their respective plugins.

This plugin is based on CaptchaAuthPlugin, but does not depend on it. In fact, the registration Captcha is similar to the one in CaptchaAuthPlugin.
