Conversion Script for Project Sycamore wikis

Description

This is the first pass at a script to convert ​Sycamore wikis to trac. It assumes the trac instance will use the acct_mgr plugin with the db backend, and that the target db is MySQL. In other words, user information is stored in the session_attribute table.
