Add a "Clone" button to tickets

Adds a "Clone" button to each ticket.

Installation

Copy ticket_clone.py to the plugin directory and restart server.

and where do I get the real file? not just a trac view of it?

You must also enable the plugin, either directly in trac.ini before restarting the server, or through the admin interface after restarting.
