Add a hierarchy to the component field

Description

This plugin adds a hierarchy structuring feature for the ticket field 'component'. You define a parent and children for a certain component on the Admin page.

When installed and configured, the plugin shows the following for the field Component on the ticket entry page:

Note the additional column Parent:

A similar plugin is SubcomponentsPlugin.

Uninstall the old plugin before installing this version:

pip uninstall ComponentHierarchy
pip install TracComponentHierarchy
