Provides a dependency graph for blocked tickets on the sidebar, right to the ticket

Description

This plugin allows you to graphically display dependencies between Trac tickets. This plugin is based on MasterTicketsPlugin and is directly derived from it.

Bugs/Feature Requests

There is known bug with double display of Depgraph link which is probably useless.
