= User specific ticket permissions

== Description

This plugin allows administrators to add permissions at user-level. A user can be defined as a reporter, viewer or owner for any ticket and not be able to see any other ticket. This is useful in situations where developers and users are involved in some parts of the project, say milestones or phases, but not in others.

'''Warning:''' For versions of Trac prior to 1.0.2, if the plugin is removed, disabled, or fails to load, Trac will display private tickets to anyone with `TICKET_VIEW` permission and the `TICKET_VIEW*` permission restrictions will not have any effect. See #5784 and t:#10285 for more information.
