= Projects Manager Plugin

== Description

This plugin supports in some project manager tasks when Trac is isued as an issue tracker system.

Key features:
 1. Apply a project.
 1. Project manager: approve a project supply, deny a project supply, delete a project and so on.
 1. Search the project you want.
 1. Add the users' actions to timeline.
 1. Email: when the status of the project you applied for changes, the system will notify you via email.

You have to install the AccountManagerPlugin first.
You have to configure the SMTP yourself.
