Add support for (directed) dependencies between Trac ticket

Description

This plugin add a "Dependency" fields to each ticket, enabling you to express tickets your ticket depends on.

This plug-in is a compatible improvement for TrackTicketReferencePlugin on which it is based. It uses only the custom field ticketref.
