== Description

This plugin adds your project's ticket guidelines to the ticket view. This way a reporter immediately knowns (some of) the rules for filing a new ticket. These guidelines are specified in by wiki pages `TicketGuidelines/NewTicketSummary` and `TicketGuidelines/ModifyTicketSummary`. The former is displayed on new tickets, the latter on already existing tickets. Both guidelines should only be a summary of your ticket guidelines to avoid overloading the ticket form.

There are templates provided by the MTPP for the [https://svn.mayastudios.de/mtpp/wiki/TicketGuidelines/NewTicketSummary NewTicketSummary] and the [https://svn.mayastudios.de/mtpp/wiki/TicketGuidelines/ModifyTicketSummary ModifyTicketSummary] as well as for the "complete" [https://svn.mayastudios.de/mtpp/wiki/TicketGuidelines ticket guidelines].

The author is no longer developing the plugin, but a revised version of the plugin can be found on [https://github.com/trac-hacks/TicketGuidelinesPlugin GitHub]. That is likely to become the official version, pending a reply from the author.
