Ticket Team Dispatcher

Description

Ticket Team Dispatcher is a plugin for easy ticket-distribution. Instead of assigning tickets directly to owners, you can assign the ticket to a special team via a custom field.

The difference between a standard trac custom select field and the Ticket Team Dispatcher field (ttd-field) is, that you can specify a dispatcher e-mail address to every option of the ttd-field. On Creation of a ticket trac will also mail its status to the dispatcher according to the selected team.

IMPORTANT: The admin interface of Ticket Team Dispatcher will automatically create and update the custom-field. You must not modify the options of this select field from the custom-field admin page, but the ticket team dispatcher admin page.
