Adds support for !DocBook syntax to the Trac Wiki. 

Based on [http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/ProcessorBazaar docbook.py processor by Simon Ward].

You will find some unused stuff (imports and defs); that's because:
 * I started from TracMathPlugin
 * I'm not a Python programmer
 * the current version works for me
 * I've not time nor the required skills for mantaining this plugin :-/
