Russian l10n for Trac

Description

The objective of this hack is to prepare complete messages.po file for russian. And then it will be ready, I hope it would be included in trac-0.12. Anyway anybody can use it now (like me).

I also plan to make some russian wiki-pages, ready for TracWikiNegotiatorPlugin.

Example

• Copy the messages.po into trac/locale/ru/LC_MESSAGES/ before setup;
• make

  python setup.py update_catalog -l ru
  python setup.py compile_catalog -f -l ru
  

• (re)install trac
