Rename wiki pages

Description

This plugin allows you to rename wiki pages. It is an evolution of the WikiRenameScript, and currently has the same limitations (only rewrites explicit links, doesn't check for links in tickets, etc). You need to have WebAdmin installed, and if you install the CtxtnavAddPlugin, there will be a context-nav item added to the wiki.
