I'm a Trac user and found these hacks particularly useful (I'm using them) :
- AccountManagerPlugin - graphical user management + SVN users integration
- TicketCreationStatusPlugin - click-saver in some situations
- XmlRpcPlugin - allows integration with Testlink for example
- HttpAuthPlugin - required when working with the previous one and having AccountManagerPlugin form enabled
