hrefs on the "Tickets by Resolution" are incorrect — at Initial Version

Description
It appears that the hrefs for the "Tickets by Resolution" status bar are incorrect.
The hrefs are currently:
http://tracbase/project/query?type=Complete
http://tracbase/project/query?type=fixed
http://tracbase/project/query?type=invalid
http://tracbase/project/query?type=wontfix
http://tracbase/project/query?type=duplicate
These all produce empty reports.
If I manually type these URLs with "type" changed to "resolution" it all seems to work.
I don't seem able to to fathom the levels of indirection to discover the place where the href is created. Any help in finding/fixing would be greatly appreciated.
