jQuery conflict — at Initial Version

Description

I'm seeing a jQuery conflict on Trac 0.12.3, running with Apache on Trac 0.12.3. I noticed the plugin is adding jquery-1.5.1.min.js, but Trac includes jQuery, which might be the source of the problem.
