Custom field order wrong

As described in #10547, my custom fields are in the wrong order. I haven't been able to isolate it to this plugin or TimingAndEstimationPlugin.

  • Status changed from new to closed

With this plugin disabled, I still see some fields before Keywords, and some after.

Modify Ticket

as closed .
as The resolution will be set. Next status will be 'closed'.
to The owner will be changed from takanorig. Next status will be 'closed'.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

E-mail address and user name can be saved in the Preferences.
