Add a copy of the license

Hi, Trac-Hacks would like to do a better job of clarifying licenses, but we don't have tools in place to do this yet, so I've been making requests as plugins are created.

Your plugin says that it uses the BSD license, which I assume means the 3-Clause BSD license that Trac uses. Would you consider including a copy of the license in your source code? I'd be happy to make this change for you if you'd like (I'm an admin for Trac-Hacks).

You can make the change if you would like, or if you can provide the license snippet for the BSD license, I would be more than happy to add it myself.

• Here​ is a file with the license text for 3-Clause BSD. You could copy and just change the copyrights.
• Here​ is an example of a file header (first 9 lines of file) that is commonly used for Python files.
