Cant get the plugins going

Description

I have installed the plugins as per instructions but they do not seem to be working.....tried searching google but cant find much....plz help

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain jml.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
