Description

When the cache plugin is activated and in case a request can be served from the cache, two issues occur:

  1. Plugins don't add their stylesheets (the two examples I've spotted are TracBlogPlugin and TagsPlugin)
  2. One "custom" HDF addition (​breadcrumb navigation) seems to get lost
