how should one enter #​t:1 to refer to another instance?

I assume the question is for supporting blocking tickets on other servers. I do not think this should be in the feature list anytime soon. You cannot manage reciprical links (unless you want to get tricky with xml-rpc).

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Noah Kantrowitz.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
