Ref macro does not work anymore w/ latest Trac trunk

The latest changes introduced in t:changeset:4749 have broken the macro.

Attaching an updated version of the macro.

The macro is no longer needed for 0.10 and later, Trac now supports relative links out of the box. See here for details.
