Description

instead of making if TICKET_CREATE_SIMPLE and not TICKET_CREATE it's better to make only if TICKET_CREATE_SIMPLE and rename it to "Simple Ticket" - so that any user could make simple creation and advanced creation

No, it is designed to be transparent. Future versions sill make it impossible to tell that fields are being hidden from you at all.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Noah Kantrowitz.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
