trying to add custom field due date . in that we need enable condition to show the due date option in ticket.

when ticket in progress enable due date. if closed due date not shows in ticket modify.

kindly give us the sample code

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The ticket will remain with no owner.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
