edit SVN users ONLY for the current modul

Description

We have serperate SVN repos with seperate permissions. SVN handles only one big SVN policy file as your plugin.

This results in the availability to edit user permission for other modules not only the own one. It would be fine to restrict the "Authz Control" to the own modul. I guess there is a trac property "authz_module_name" which can be used.?.?

This plugin is no longer maintained. See TracSvnAuthzPlugin and SvnAuthzAdminPlugin for alternate implementations.
