Causes connections to POSTGRES DB reach the maximun limit

Description

I've installed today this plugin in a postgres+schemas environment and it caused that my used postgres connection were constantly increased until reaching connection limit.

I've disabled the component and the problem stopped.

Just though that it would be OK to let you known about this ... Maybe related with the problem described in: http://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/4347

Given that this is generating connections to each env with every request, this seems some unavoidable. In the end it depends on your connection limit and how many projects you have.

Add/Change #2190 (Causes connections to POSTGRES DB reach the maximun limit)
