[Patch] LatexFormulaMacro plugin

Description

I've quickly updated trac formula Macro to be plugin. This allow me usage of standard latex $...$ instead of big macro formulas. I'm attaching the result, hope it will be interesting.

I'm ready to update the code so that it will be ready for real distribution.
