do AutoQuery as a patch to trac

Description

AutoQuery? overrides the ticket template. This is bad. Two possible solutions:

  1. Redo using the stream filter
  1. Write as a patch to core

Doing the latter is the cleaner solution and seems to be likely that this could get into trac core:
