#3698 closed enhancement (fixed)

RFE: resize to smaller real size

Reported by: rupert thurner Owned by: Radek Bartoň
Priority: normal Component: ScreenshotsPlugin
Severity: normal Keywords:
Cc: Trac Release: 0.10

Description

it would be great if an image would be displayed by keeping its aspect ratio. we use it for peoples fotos which are more high than wide and they look then like they participated in a fast and much food eating competition :)

Again, I don't see what this has to do with TracHacks.

Would you prefrer to crop the image at borders or center the image inside empty image (black borders)? First case is easier and already implemented.

oh ... any would be fine. many thanks!

I've implemented for 0.11 that [[Screenshots()]] macro keeps aspect when one dimension is not specified in r4359. width=0 or height=0 means original image size. Image is streched otherwise. Matrix view now displays images with preserved aspect.

This will stay only in 0.11 branch.
