register page does not always appear and work

Description

I run ​https://www.cgran.org/ using this plugin, and I've noticed that when I go to the site, the "Register" link is not in the top right all the time. Additionally, sometimes when I click on it I get a 404 error, which my log shows as: "2008-10-14 00:09:24,078 Trac[main] WARNING: 404 Not Found (404 Not Found (No handler matched request to %s))"

I have to keep reloading the page until the register link shows up, or keep reloading the 404 page until it actually brings up the register page.

Action

The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
