Description

While the wiki page states "key corrected from pathtocover to titlefile", this seems to have not been done in the 0.11 code. I attached a patch which should hopefully do this.

Another issue I discovered: If the cover.html contains one (or more) non-ASCII7BIT characters, it is simply not used. No idea why.

I changed it so that you could either use pathtocover or titlefile. Applied to [5578]
