Description
I think it will be useful to implement ICQ (or Jabber/AIM/etc) notification. Perhaps using some third-party open-source utility like micq. Or maybe not, I don't know much about Python IM extensions.
At least, my managers frequently ask me to make ICQ notofication. %)

gozerbot is being used by the trac team itself on freenode's #trac channel, it basically monitors the timeline rss feed and spits any changes into the chat. Works great, and I suggest setting that up instead.
