"Re: " should be prepended to all but the first mail for a ticket

The summary says it. For easier grouping in the mail client, it would be nice if, after the first mail for a ticket, all subsequent mails had "Re:" prepended to their subject line.
Even better would be insertion of a "In-Reply-To" header.
