renaming a wikipage looses the tags

Description

On Trac 0.11.4 with TragPlugin? 0.6 and TracWikiRename? 2.1.1:

  • renaming a wikipage looses the tags set on that page
  • the tags-overview still keeps listing the deleted pages

The only way this could be fixed is by WikiRenamePlugin implementing an extension point for renames, that the TagsPlugin could optionally hook into. Reassigning.

While this at least a hint how to solve the issue, this is still another duplicate considering #457 and #2813 as predecessors.
