error when mousecursor on hyperlink in time reports

Description

when the mouse cursor goes over one of the option in the time reports, it shows a message :

you entered an invalid date

This is before clicking on one of the choises

(In [7234]) Fixed bug in linkifyer where null values were treated as invalid dates. Sorry for the trouble :/ fixes #6306
