Incorrect 'created_rev' and 'created_path' values for copied nodes

Description

The current version of the plugin (0.4.1) returns the same value for the Node's created_rev and created_path attributes as it does for rev and path.

This means that when browsing branched/copied files, the revision and date of the file displayed in the directory listing is that of the change that branched the file rather than the change that created the copied file revision (ie the last 'edit' in the revision log) as Subversion does.
