Login and then open page instad of 'Forbidden' when login is required.

Description

When Using form authentication: 

acct_mgr.web_ui.LoginModule = enabled

When launching a URL that goes to a component that requres login, trac gives an 'Forbidden' Error. It'd be nice if it went straight to the login page, and then continued to the original url after logging in.

This plugin can't control that behavior in Trac.
