Update to work with 0.10

Description

Hi,

This plugin currently does not work with
0.10. I have therefore fixed a few things
to enable it to work.

This has been tested only on r3587

All these Patches contain a diff but it seems that trac is not able to render it's content. I'm not familar with the (u)diff-format so i'm not able to say why, but if you download it in raw-format you can see for yourself.
