Improve HTML template

Description

Modify the HTML template so that it is more consistent with the look and feel of other pages in Trac (e.g. Roadmap and Timeline).

  • The top of the page displays:
    Project: '<Project Name>'
    <Project Description>
    Replace this with: Project Metrics. The reasoning being that Trac is currently only capable of managing a single project, and if multiple project support is desired there should be a drop-down to select the project.
  • The text Repository Statistics should be displayed in the same font and with the same background as Milestone Summary and Project Tickets Summary.
  • Remove the colon from the end of Milestone Summary.

I have other ideas for improvement that will be handled in other tickets.

  • Changed mainnav tab label from Dashboard to Metrics.
  • Fixed indenting in pdashboard.html template.
  • Improved layout of template to better match other Trac modules such as Roadmap and Timeline. Fixes #7631.
