Description

trac-0.12 ​gained support for ​plugin l10n. So I propose to add one to you plugin.

(In [11168]) CustomFieldAdminPlugin: Adding L10N to the plugin.

Based on patch by g1itch including Russian translation. Thanks also to hasienda for helpful advice.
