add parameter to a task execution instance

Description

At this time a task can be scheduled multiple time. Let's say every day at 6am and every monday at 13h30. But imagine we want to execute the weekly scheduling of the task with a particular parameter... So add a parameter line in front of each scheduling for a given task.
