[1.1dev] Wrong rendering when entering link manually

Description

When entering a link manually, it is printed with an exclemation mark.

Example:
entering ​http://google.de is saved as http:!//google.de[[BR]]

This is because a double slash (//) is the alternative italic command (at least in Trac-trunk).
