Description

Tooltip help for ticket fields. If wiki page named "help/field_name" is supplied, use it for tooltip text.
(In Japanese/KANJI) チケットのフィールドにツールチップヘルプを追加します。"help/フィールド名" というWikiページがあれば、その内容を使います。
